Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: papermaking. SUBSTANCE: paper is manufactured from suspension of cellulose- containing fibers and a variety of fillers. To suspension is added low-molecular (molecular weight below 700000) cation-containing organic polymer, high-molecular (molecular weight above 1000000) cation-containing or amorphous polymer, and anion-containing inorganic particles. Suspension is formed and dried on gauze. The two polymers are added to suspension simultaneously at the same point. Polymer mixture is employed in the form of aqueous dispersion and contains at least one high-molecular cation-containing or amorphous polymer based on acrylamide with molecular weight above 1000000, at least one low- molecular cation-containing as defined above, and at least one water- soluble inorganic salt. Weight ratio of high- to low-molecular polymer varies from 9:1 to 1:2. EFFECT: improved dehydration of suspension and retention of polymers. 13 cl, 6 tbl, 6 ex |
