FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: case with changeable moving operating parts has pusher, actuating members and handles for instrument holding and control of actuating members. Operating parts are positioned on case for turning and fixing, and handles are mounted on screw-axles, on case and pusher. Handle recesses accommodate sliders which are installed for engagement with toothed rims of case bushings through toothed sectors with spring and pusher pressed out Spring and pusher are designed to change position of control handles interconnected by spur rack through cock and spring responsible for displacement and fixation of handle which controls actuating members. Bushing press- fitted into case serves as axle for pusher with other press-fitted bushing. As a result, surgeon may select any position convenient for his handle with respect to actuating members (blades, scissors, clip jaws, and forceps). Spatial and operating positions required for surgeon and easily unlocked in changing over from "pressed" to "released" position of actuating members are also provided.
