Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously introducing 5-6 mCi (185- 222 MBq) of 67GaGa gallium citrate that makes up a dose of 0.08mC/kg (2.96 MBq/kg). Tomography and later on static examination is carried out based on energy peaks corresponding to 67GaGa in 48-72 h using one photon emission tomograph with empty stomach in dorsal position. Without changing patient position, mixture is given to drink that is composed of protective coating liquid agent and 99mTcTc pertechnetate. Tomography and static examination are concurrently carried out based on energy peak corresponding to 99mTcGa. The results of static examination are used to evaluate the level and degree of esophagus obturation. Comparative analysis of tomography examination results give more accurate syntopy of the esophagus and tumor and paraesophageal fat lymphatic nodes lesion degree. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in determining real dimensions of a tumor in cases of full esophagus obturation; enhanced accuracy of diagnosis. |
