Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: high- voltage pulse engineering. SUBSTANCE: generator has grounded electrode forming short-circuited stepped line at input set up of at least two series-connected sections of homogeneous lines with distributed parameters of equal electric length. Inner spaces of two first sections of stepped line accommodate high-voltage electrode that separates each of them into two homogeneous lines. Inserted between high-voltage electrode and one of grounded electrodes are voltage supply and air gap; the latter is placed at joint between first and second sections of stepped line. Connected at stepped line output are parallel-connected resistive load and current chopper. Parallel-connected current supply and air gap are inserted in series with grounded electrode. Wave impedances of lines formed by high-voltage electrode and grounded electrodes in first and second sections of stepped line are chosen from proposed equation. High-efficiency square pulse shaped across resistive load has its voltage much higher than generator charging voltage. Bulk of energy is stored in generator in the form of magnetic field. EFFECT: provision for eliminating pre- pulse voltage across generator output when square pulse is shaped across resistive load and reduced requirements to generator electric strength for similar full energy storage. 1 dwg øøø1 |
