Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemical engineering; enterprises where burning of explosive gas mixtures is required. SUBSTANCE: method consists in measuring concentration of oxygen in flame core and feeding thinner for increase of oxygen concentration to dangerous level. Besides that, oxygen concentration is continuously measured at technological system outlet; this concentration is compared with that measured in flame core and with maximum permissible concentration stipulated for this system. Thinner is fed when concentration of oxygen in flame core exceeds concentration of oxygen at technological system outlet and/or concentration of oxygen at technological system outlet exceeds maximum permissible level for given system. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of explosion proofness at any discharge of gas: continuous, periodic, emergency at minimum consumption of thinner. 1 dwg øøø1 |
