Adhesive is prepared by moisture and thermomechanical treatment at pressure of 1.5-2.5 MPa and temperature of 169-180 C in admixture with starch or meal with moisture content of 13.2-17.3, antiseptic such as sodium cartocide or sorbate and oxidizer such as calcium hypochlorite. Storage time for liquid adhesive is 20 days, storage time for dry adhesive is at least 2 years and drying time is 3-4 h. EFFECT: improved properties. 1 ex, 1 tbl
