SUBSTANCE: two shaped members of seat are hinged with some ends to corresponding front shaped members and with other ends, to corresponding shaped members of back. Two shaped members of base form chassis through rigid interconnection with bumper and beam-type tube. Driving and driven wheels are positioned on chassis stationary, with permanent base. Other ends of front shaped members are also coupled to chassis by means of respective hinges. Chassis is in its turn coupled to corresponding shaped member of seat through series-connected telescopic assembly and hinge fixative.
