Zusammenfassung:FIELD: steel-wooden beams used as main and additional bearing beams in wall panels forms and floors and ceilings of cast-in-situ buildings. SUBSTANCE: beam has metal core in the form of double-T shape enclosed in wooden cover-plates tightened by fasteners. Metal core is made of double-T shape from rigidly joined channels, of which form wall and two other, shape flanges Wooden cover-plates are formed by vertical walls and by outside beds T-shaped in cross-section and joined with the help of thermal adhesive along seams located at an angle from 0 to 60 deg to horizon Formed between shape flanges and planes of outside wooden bed are gaps filled with compensators in the form of polyurethane bands. Vertical walls of outside wooden cover-plates are prefabricated from plates and bars square to them and joined with one another with the help of thermal adhesive. Channels forming flanges of shape are joined with channel forming shape wall by means of plug welds and walls of these channels are butt-welded to each other with stitch welding. Flanges of channel forming shape wall may be partially cut and bent alternately through angle of plus-minus 90 deg to horizontal position and welded to channels forming shape flanges. Shape wall may be formed of welded channels conjugated with each other walls and joined with channels forming shape flanges. All channels forming double-T shape of metal core may be made bent.
