Zusammenfassung:FIELD: vacuum sublimation drying of granulated structureless products in chemical, pharmaceutical and microbiological industries and at agricultural and industrial complex plants. SUBSTANCE: method includes drying from heating sources available in layer of product, cooling and condensation of refrigerant. Drying of frozen granules of product is effected due to heat of heat-transfer agent delivered by compressor of desublimator at simultaneous cooling and condensation of refrigerant in drying zone in vacuum sublimation plant having drying chamber connected with desublimator and evacuation system, perforated drum and heating element having form of segment in section which is mounted in lower zone of drum. As related to refrigerant, drum performs function of condenser. Drum is made in form of coil whose inlet branch pipe is connected to delivery line of desublimator compressor and outlet branch pipe is connected to low-pressure line before intermediate pressure heat exchanger.
