Zusammenfassung:FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: polymerization of butadiene is carried out in hydrocarbon solvent in presence of catalytic complex consisting of tri-iso- butylaluminum and titanium halides in a battery of several reactors. Synthesis of polymer in the first reactor is conducted at Al/Ti atomic ratio from 3.5:1 to 4:1 and temperature 5 to 15 C followed by mixing product with polymerizate stream from a separate reactor. In the latter, because of non-stopped polymerizate in amounts 15-30 wt % of total amount of butadiene at consumption of most butadiene (70-80 wt %) and solvent with temperature 40 to 95 C, high-molecular polymer fraction is formed with Mooney viscosity 80-90. Process proceeds in next reactors to yield polymer with specified plasticity, Mooney viscosity, and molecular weight distribution. EFFECT: reduced formation of oligomers, catalyst and power consumption due to improved strength quality of rubber. 1 dwgo
