Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: proposed source of reference voltage includes DC amplifier based on operational amplifier. Circuit of source is inserted with diode based on wide-zone semiconductor, bipolar transistor, two current-setting resistors. Base of transistor is connected to diode, transistor emitter is linked to current-setting resistor and input of DC amplifier. Output of the latter is connected to transistor collector and through second current- setting resistor to light-emitting diode and transistor base. Second lead-out of light- emitting diode and first current-setting resistor are connected to common wire of circuit. EFFECT: generation of highly stable reference voltage. 2 dwgi
