Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to method, monolithic walls are erected with application of non-removable shuttering made of foampolystyrene blocks and filling cavities behind shuttering with concrete mix and subsequent facing of surfaces with thin-wall plates. Holes are made in external wall of blocks of non-removable shuttering. Inserted in these holes to calculated depth are anchors. Part of anchors is located in hollows of shuttering blocks with subsequent imbedding them in concrete mix. Attached to anchors are guide members. Thin-wall facing plates are mounted on guide members, and space between thin-wall facing plates and blocks of non-removable shuttering is filled with composite mixture. Application of aforesaid method allows for reduction of labour expenses with simultaneous improvement of fire-resistance of shuttering blocks. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 5 dwg |
