Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: inorganic chemistry and technology. SUBSTANCE: supersolid material blank is formed by the successive metallic composition layer stacking. Composition has intermetallic compound Ti3Cu or TiCu,, cutting layer containing 95-99 wt.-% cubic boron nitride and 1-5 wt.-% aluminium (grain size is 1-3 mcm) and backing containing a mixture of intermetallic compound Ti3Cu or TiCu and cubic boron nitride. Composition is subjected for firstly by heating to aluminium melting point and pressure at 1-3 kbar at isothermal exposition 1-5 s followed by pressure effect at 15-35 kbar at metallic composition melting point. Then temperature is decreased to 600-950 C and supported its cyclic change for 5-30 min and then pressure is decreased to atmospheric one and temperature is decreased to 350-550 C at isothermal exposition for 5-60 min and then temperature is decreased to the room point. Method can be used machine engineering. EFFECT: improved method of composition making. |
