Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: composition has complexes of polyhexamethine guanidine with mineral acids and polyhexamethine guanidine with organic acids, polytetrafluoroethylene and solvent taken at definite quantitative ratios. Composition is obtained by mixing complexes, keeping mixture for 20 min (not less) followed by addition of polytetrafluoroethylene solution or emulsion. Composition shows the prolonged BIOCIDAL effect with respect to fungi and bacteria on different surfaces. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced effectiveness of composition proposed. 2 cl, 7 ex, 1 tblr
