In addition device has amplifying transistor and transistor which works as non-linear resistor. Collectors of these resistors are connected to control input of unit of power gates; their bases are connected to common terminal of resistors which serves as output of positive feedback circuit. Emitter of amplifying transistor is connected to output resistor of power supply. Emitter of transistor which works as non-linear resistor is connected to common line.
