METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF EXPLOSIVE CHARGES FOR CHARGING DRY AND FLOODED HOLES

FIELD: mining and construction; may be used in carrying out mining and construction operations on the ground surface. SUBSTANCE: filling with solutions of explosive charges is carried out under conditions of mining enterprise - customer in the form of cartridges filled with solution of grammonites of 79/21 and 82/18, 50/50 types of flakes trotyl in polyethylene shells. Length of polyethylene shells exceed that of charge by at least 1.2 times. Filling of cartridges with saltpeter solution with concentration of at least 20% is performed by opening the shell upper part in cartridge vertical position at the site of performance of blasting operations. Solution occupies 10-12% of explosive weight. EFFECT: excluded dusting of explosives in hole charging; higher water stability of explosives with their economical use. 6 cl
