ULTRASONIC NOZZLE FOR CASTING MACHINE FOR PROCESSING OF THERMOPLAST

FIELD: equipment for processing of thermoplast, more specifically, vibration forming of materials in plastic state. SUBSTANCE: secured concentrically in nozzle 3 is bushing 37 in the form of separator with holes 38 whose axes are square to nozzle axis. Secured in holes 37 for rotation are balls 39 and 40. Besides, separator has holes 41 whose axes are not crossing the nozzle axis. In these holes, roller 42 is installed for rotation. Balls 39 and 40 are different in diameters. Secured between holes 38 in separator at least one ball may be located over nozzle axis. Secured between holes 41 at least one ball may be located over axis of these holes. Located from the top of tip 2 of nozzle 3 at a distance from lambda 8 to lambda 5/8 are ultrasonic transducers 5 and 5, where lambda is length of ultrasonic wave. Active cover plates 9 and 10 of transducers are made with length of at least 3/8lambda but not above 5/8 lambda. Transducers are installed at an angle of 30-90 deg to longitudinal axis of nozzle 3. Transducers excite in nozzles longitudinal transverse and torsional vibrations which are transmitted to melt of thermoplast and to balls and rollers of separator. Balls and rollers act additionally on thermoplast. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 10 dwge
