Analgetic agent has the following composition at mole ratio: procidol 1.0; ethyl alcohol 1660.0; glycerol 440.0; citric acid 2.0; monosubstituted sodium citrate 2.0; sodium chloride 5.7, and water for injection 34.2 l up to the total volume (pH is 3.4-4.0). The claimed method of preparing the indicated composition involves mixing water, ethyl alcohol, glycerol, propylene glycol, citric acid, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide and procidol (1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-4-phenyl-4-propionylhydroxypiperidine hydrochloride) is added to obtained solution. Components are taken at amount to provide pH value at the range 3.4-4.0.
