Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: amplifier has N amplifier modules each incorporating bridge-type switching stage with back diodes connected in parallel with switches. Primary winding of output transformer is connected across diagonally opposite terminals of bridge-type switching amplifier stage; transformer secondary winding functions as amplifier module output. Newly introduced are power sensor, double-threshold comparator, and reversing counter; each amplifier module is provided, in addition, with regulated power supply, current sensor, voltage sensor, controlled switch, and protection flip-flop. EFFECT: improved reliability and serviceability of device in case of troubles occurring in any of amplifier modules. 1 dwgh
