Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering, manufacture of large-sized parts, high-temperature processes. SUBSTANCE: dimension converter has lens 2 and mask 3 with two rectangular windows corresponding to measurement and reference channels. Two photoconverters 4 and 5 are connected correspondingly to two amplifiers 6 and 8 of photocurrent. Integrator 7 is connected with noninverting input directly to photocurrent amplifier 6 and with inverting input to photocurrent amplifier 8 through commutator 9 controlled by univibrator 12 and with output to one input of comparator 10. Other input of comparator 10 is connected to source 11 of reference voltage and its output is linked to univibrator 12. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy. 3 dwg |
