SUBSTANCE: cutter has handle with oxygen and fuel supply, head with inner cutting-tip orifice fitted with mixer and outer cutting-tip orifice provided with evaporator which are connected to head. Preheating oxygen and fuel mixer is provided with pair of bores on its tailpiece for receiving flexible sealing rings before zone of mixing fuel and preheating oxygen. Fuel supply holes in mixer are located after insert made from porous material and secured on tailpiece of mixer in fuel supply area. EFFECT: durability and simplified construction. 2 dwg
