Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for protection of light-weight roofing from fire and it can be used in reconstruction of roof coverings. Method is based on reducing pressure of combustible gases in case of fire within space between main roofing material and heat-insulation and water-proofing layers. According to method, combustible gases are directed through grooves in main roofing material which are parallel to roof incline towards ridge of roof and further to atmosphere. In zone of water drainage, grooves in sections of main roofing material are filled with incombustible material. Pores and joints of heat-insulation layer are troweled in with incombustible slurry. This allows for localization of fire sites without flame throwing to adjacent sections. With positioning of grooves in main roofing material over length of building, combustible gases at outlet from grooves are directed towards ridge of roof and through deflector or valve combustible gases are released to atmosphere. For this purpose, installed at one of sides of roofing panels are gas collecting boxes. With that, sections of grooves at both sides are filled with incombustible material. Sections of grooves below gas collecting boxes are filled so as to ensure free escape of combustible gases. Placed along roof incline above grooves is flame-protecting layer. All that substantially reduces extent of damage in case of any fires. Aforesaid method allows for branching combustible gases to release to atmosphere, and for reducing fire spreading speed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwgg |
