Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is used in restoration of pile foundations for supports of electric power lines after these foundations suffered from soil heaving caused by frost. According to method, consolidation of foundation is achieved by additional sinking of piles down to design level. Before additional sinking, pile is disconnected from support leg which is resting on it. Attached to pile side is loading device, and applied to pile through aforesaid device is off-center dynamic, static of combination load. After pile is settled down to design level, brought under support leg is temporary support and after that next pile is disconnected from respective support leg and pile is additionally sunken. Same operation is performed with all remaining piles. Then temporary supports are removed and support legs are connected to head-pieces of piles which are already sunken to design level. Temporary supports can be made in the form of screw jacks or hydraulic jacks which are secured to side of support legs. Their connection must permit their relative axial displacement. Mounting of support legs on head-pieces of resunken piles is performed smoothly and uniformly. Application of aforesaid method allows for simplification of technology, reduction of labour intensity and cost of restoration work, increasing reliability and prolonging service life of pile foundation after its consolidation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 clc |
