Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: fish industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing alkali solution and addition of chitin to alkaline solution. Chitin is added to 50% alkaline solution at 18-22 C by small portions at ratio chitin : alkali solution = (1:10)-(1:15) up to formation of homogeneous suspension. The latter is kept at the room temperature for 5-20 days at periodic stirring. Invention ensures to obtain chitosan from different shell-containing raw, decrease chitosan destruction, increase its viscosity and deacetylation degree and the yield of the end product also. Method can be used in food, microbiological industry, biotechnology, medicine, agriculture and ecology. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced quality and property of the end product. |
