Zusammenfassung:FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and drinking corrected water. Sodium bicarbonate is dissolved in softened water continuously mixing, and citric acid is added for preparing solution of sodium citrate which is introduced into sorting tank during process of mixing alcohol and water. Solution is thoroughly mixed and cleaned with activated carbon passing it through carbon-cleaning battery. Honey is dissolved with softened water in ratio 1:5, thoroughly mixed, brought to boiling, cooled and introduced at mixing in finishing tank. Maltose is introduced simultaneously with honey. It is preliminarily dissolved in softened water. Vodka is thoroughly mixed, controlled its proof, and then filtered. Per 1000 dal of vodka used are 0.2-0.3 kg of citric acid, 0.25-0.35 kg of sodium bicarbonate, 2.5-3.5 kg of maltose, 3.5-4.5 kg of natural honey, ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification, and drinking corrected water at the rate of blend proof of 40%.
