Zusammenfassung:FIELD: carbon materials. SUBSTANCE: material is designed to be used in chemical engineering to manufacture porous electrodes, filter materials, bubblers, adsorbers, heat-exchange equipment operated in corrosive liquid and gaseous media at high temperatures. Material is prepared from mixture containing liquid phenol-formaldehyde resin and oxalic acid powder as pore agent and acid hardener. Because of high solubility of oxalic acid in water, 98% of pore agent can be removed for 20-30 min. Non-dried material is then subjected to heat treatment in closed mold where 100% removal of pore agent is accomplished. Invention allows size and volume of pores to be controlled within a large range (10-100 mcm) by means of controlling fractional makeup of pore agent, can be many times reused. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency and facilitated production of material with controllable quality. 1 tblE
