Zusammenfassung:FIELD: manufacture of building materials; may be used in formation of lap, mat from mineral superthin fibers. SUBSTANCE: lap is produced by directing blowing cone to lattice travelling conveyer at an angle of 30 5 deg to horizon. The device for formation of lap has hollow diffuser of conical type embracing fiber-spinning device coaxially to blowing cone at an angle of 30 5 deg. Diffuser inlet cross-section area to outlet cross-section area ratio is 0.15-0.25. Diffuser opening angle to blowing cone opening angle ratio is 1.1-1.3. Suction ducts are installed under screen of travelling lattice conveyer in each section of fiber coagulation chamber.
