SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of hexagonal boron nitride, magnesium and hydrazine chloride in the amount of 38-63 wt.% of the mixture; placement into high-pressure chamber; treatment with high pressure and temperature for the time enough for formation of borozon BN. Yield of borozon BN with grain size above 100 mcm amounts to 25.2-33.5 wt% or 1.6-2.75 carats for one press-sintering. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
