INSTALLATION FOR SEALED PROCESSING OF OIL-SLUDGE, TRAPPED AND DRAIN EMULSIONS

FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: installation has emulsion-mixing line; units for treating emulsion by light hydrocarbon fraction, regents, and wash water; three-phase separator-concentrator connected, over oil phase-outlet line, to electrocoalescence installation and settler and farther, over crude oil line, to crude oil-treatment installation, and, over intermediate layer emulsion concentrate outlet line, to gas and drain water outlet line and farther to three-phase emulsion separator. The latter, in turn, is connected, over intermediate layer outlet, with oil-sludge and trapped emulsion mixing and washing assembly, which is connected, through separator separating emulsion into light and heavy constituents, to centrifuge receiving the heavy constituent and provided with oil, water and solid phase collectors. Oil-phase collector is connected to electrocoalescence installation inlet. Separator is connected, through sludge emulsion light constituent outlet line, to emulsion processing installation inlet.
