Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: waste processing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vermicomposting process and may be successfully used on house-adjoining plots and at small farms. Waste is preliminarily mixed with other components: fowl droppings, manure, sugar production defecate, sapropel, phosphoric acid, ammonia, ashes, sand, phosphorites, rotten leaves, straw, sawdust, etc. taken in specified ratio and in specified sequence. Nutritive mixture obtained in the form of 2-20 mm granules is placed into composting vessel, into which worms and/or their case-worms are then added in amount 26-50 thousand per 1 sq.m. Composting is carried out continuously under hothouse effect and countercurrent conditions. Resultant biohumus is separated into case-worms and three fractions. One of them with particle size below 0.5 mm is used as fowl bedding to absorb droppings smell. The second one with particle size greater than 2 mm is returned into waste mixing step, and the third fraction (0.5-2 mm) is used as commercial fertilizer. Separated worm biomass is further used as feed protein. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 12 cl, 2 tble |
