Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: powdery metallurgy of nonferrous metals. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of pentahydrate of copper sulfate with water-glycerin mixture in which water amounts to 2.5-5.0% of mixture volume; heating holding up to complete dissolving of components; subsequent elevation temperature and reduction to ultrafine copper with addition of catalytic quantities of organic acid; separation of copper ultrafine powder; washing with alcohol or aqueous solution of hydroquinone; treatment with alcohol or pentane solution of stearic acid; drying and storage. The method for production of conductive compositions based on copper ultrafine powder is realized by mixing of copper ultrafine powder with soluble phenol-formaldehyde resin or organic binder and with I-naphthol, ascorbic or formic acid or with mixture of glycerin with I-naphthol as stabilizer with the following amount of components, wt.%: ultrafine copper:resin:stabilizer = 100:25:(1-5). EFFECT: higher resistance to oxidation of copper ultrafine powder, simplified method of production, and also reduced specific resistance of compositions based on copper ultrafine powder with soluble phenol-formaldehyde resin and promoted further stabilization of compositions in time. 11 cl, 3 tblu |
