Tool plates with supporting surface are mounted on two mutually opposite inner surfaces of stand in guides. Plates support taper tools. At least one plate is mounted with possibility of motion. Its supporting surface is provided with fluidal apparatus. Rolling stand is provided with means for prestressing it. EFFECT: improved design. 10 cl, 1 tbl, 12 dwge
