Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has brake and brake release mechanisms. Each brake mechanism has guide brake blocks secured on spring-loaded bearing supports and drive brake blocks whose drive is made in form of row of C-shaped levers secured with spring loading relative to rails and hinge connected by axle on bearing supports to form two arms. Drive brake block is rigidly secured on some arms, other arms engage with railway car wheels through load-bearing beam furnished with vertical pins freely fitted in holes of bearing supports. Bearing supports are connected by frame. Each brake release mechanism is made in form of bushings vertically installed in base and accommodating rolling support in form of ball and pin engaging with support V-block installed for movement in horizontal hole of bushing and connected with lead screw. EFFECT: provision of uniform distribution of braking forces of brake guide blocks between both wheels of wheelset. 4 dwga |
