Hanger enclosure is positioned within single-seam shell. Loading core is rigidly connected with its lower end to central part of enclosure bottom and with its upper end to upper end of enclosure. Shock-absorbing disk is arranged between upper and lower ends of enclosure and lower unit of attachment block.
