Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for automatic regulation of drilling parameters. According to method, more information and improved accuracy in transmitting information signal and control signals through hydraulic line from bottom hole to well head are achieved due to fact that installed in way of drilling fluid movement is hydraulic turbine with electric generator mounted on hollow shaft of hydraulic turbine. Hydraulic turbine is mounted above bottom-hole motor and drilling bit. Created in hydraulic line is pulse of hydraulic impact of higher pressure. This results from periodic engagements and disengagements of electric generator armature winding for short circuiting. Device incorporates bottom-hole motor with drilling bit, control system, sensors connected with control system, bottom-hole motor rotation speed tachogenerator, and two autonomous systems in bottom hole and well head. Each autonomous system has hydraulic turbine with hollow shaft, electric generator with its permanent magnets rigidly secured on hollow shaft, main winding of electric generator which through thyristor short-circuiting switch and control pulse shaper is connected with information-computing unit and power unit. Electric generator of autonomous system in bottom hole is provided with auxiliary winding which is connected through power unit with its information-computing unit. Control deck and display of autonomous system in well head are connected with its information-computing unit. Installed on electric generators of both autonomous systems are pressure sensors which are connected with their information-computing units. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
