Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, well is equipped with pump-compressor pipes together with substitution chamber and accumulation chamber. Gas is delivered into annular space, substitution chamber and accumulation chamber. This is accompanied with presetting period of accumulating brine water and period of its displacement. During accumulation period, gas is delivered at pressure lower than in period of displacement. Bottom-hole zone of well is vacuumized, and brine water is subsequently lifted. These operations are performed in cycles in accumulation chamber. Additionally carried out in accumulation chamber is cycle of dispersing brine water. Device for realizing aforesaid method incorporates well head equipment, pump-compressor pipes with substitution chamber, lower operating valve, jet-type apparatus, and receiving non-return valve which is located under lower operating valve. Device is also provided with additional non-return valve located above lower operating valve and below first non-return valve. Packer is installed on pump-compressor pipes above jet-type apparatus. Apparatus is arranged so that above-packer annular space is connected with nozzle of jet-type apparatus through additional passage. Lower operating valve is made in the form of non-return valve which is located in additional passage with its axis being parallel to axis of operating nozzle of jet-type apparatus. Aforesaid method and device ensure higher efficiency in operation of gas-condensate well due to reduced counter-pressure brought to bear on productive part of bed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 4 dwg |
