According to method, air is injected into well, then injected into well is suspension of oxidizing hydrocarbon microorganisms in solution of nutritious agents with their subsequent circulation in well. Before injecting suspension of oxidizing hydrocarbon microorganisms in solution of nutritious agents, carried out is replacement of well liquid with surface liquid up to level of pump intake with its subsequent circulation in system of well - ground surface equipment until reaching optimal temperature needed for active life of oxidizing hydrocarbon microorganisms. Temperature of surface liquid must be lower than temperature of well liquid located in pump intake interval. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwgl
