Zusammenfassung:FIELD: cropping of sunk ships, nuclear reactors whose service life is expired, etc, as well as welding of products of various application. SUBSTANCE: treatment is carried out under water with submerging of laser radiation source in water. Specific gravity of laser radiation source is balanced with specific gravity of water. The device has an independent drive of displacement along the treatment trajectory. A special device builds up rarefaction inside it. In case of welding of products the device building up rarefaction is made as a single structure with technological laser and a separate hinged joint. In case of cropping operations technological laser is made separately with the device and located on the other side of it relative to the wall of the product being cropped. In the process of work technological laser and device separated from it by product wall are always arranged opposite each other and synchronously move along the cut trajectory.
