Zusammenfassung:FIELD: fire-fighting methods; protection of equipment in which working agent is used in the form of hydrogen-containing substances. SUBSTANCE: method includes control of concentration of gas working product in protective hollow between object and case completely enclosing it during the main production process in object. During transportation and storage of hydrogen-containing liquid, continuous automatic control is carried out in protective hollow of vessel or pipeline of value of flow of hydrogen-containing gasifying medium, entering the protective hollow as a result of leaky vessel or pipeline, by chemical reaction of chemically active substance with hydrogen-containing medium. Main production process is discontinued, should value of concentration of hydrogen-containing medium in protective hollow exceed the preset level. Cryogenic pipeline has pipeline proper, case enclosing the pipeline with space between the pipeline and case separated into sections, and shutoff valves with control system. Sections are provided with means for maintaining vacuum in them, and each section has bracket carrying cartridge having perforated walls. Accommodated in cartridge is temperature-sensitive element. Space in cartridge between temperature-sensitive element and perforated walls is filled with chemically active substance liberating or absorbing the heat energy in reaction with hydrogen-containing substance. Temperature-sensitive element is connected with control system by shutoff valves. EFFECT: higher efficiency in prevention of fire in storage and transportation of hydrogen-containing liquids and gases. 5 cl, 2 dwgE
