The working head is designed as supporting frame having rotating cutting unit being tube with cylindrical canal. Lateral surfaces of the tube have oblique vertical cutting planes being blades arranged as an open angle. Flat member is inside of the cutting unit for creating atraumatic suture. The drive has rollers of the cutting unit and member for forming the atraumatic suture coupled with working disks of various diameters having discrete contact surface.
