Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: machine engineering, namely cutting thin material such as copper belt in coils. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes two rotating shafts. Holder with disc cutter is secured to upper shaft. Axially movable beaded sleeve with nut is mounted between said shaft and holder. Length of said sleeve is more than that of holder. Stationary cylindrical cutters are mounted on lower shaft. Said cutters are fastened by means of indexing rests at their lateral sides. Such structure increases strength and operation life period of cutting member by 2-5 times in comparison with that of well known cutting devices. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 2 dwg
