Zusammenfassung:FIELD: NONFERROUS METALLURGY. SUBSTANCE: into mixture chamber of ejector, air and water are fed through separate pipelines. From the chamber into outlet part of ejector, water-air mixture is transferred, which, due to air pressure and different passage cross-sections, is separated. Air is removed through unidirectional channel, whereas water stream keeps moving with the same velocity caused by inertia force before it leaves ejector. Simultaneously, molten metal (copper) moves from the furnace over tray with groove. Copper melt stream from the tray, when flows out, intersects water stream and breaks into separate parts. Separate copper particles drop into water inside a vessel where particles cool, crystallize, granulate, and get into removable collector tank. This process is conducted in continuous mode until copper melt is available. Continuous granulation process depends on water stream velocity. If velocity of the water outflow from ejector is increased, granule fraction increases, and vice versa. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 3 dwgg
