METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT STATIC STABILIZATION OF KNEE JOINT

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming canal in lateral condyle of the femur and medial condyle of the tibia and taking graft from medial portion of kneepan ligament having bone fragments. Bone fragment from the kneepan is of cylindrical shape, one from the tibia has trapezoid and cylindrical parts. The autograft is set in bone canals and knee joint. The trapezoid fragment is rigidly fixed in the femoral canal. The autograft is in anterior position in knee joint relative to the bound flap of synovial tissue prepared in advance. The autograft is enveloped in relaxed state with the synovial tissue flap, twisted about its longitudinal axis of symmetry and its second end is fixed on the tibia. All operations inside the knee joint are performed under arthroscopic control. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring functions of cruciform ligament. 15 clh
