Zusammenfassung:FIELD: biotechnology production of food acids. SUBSTANCE: origin carbon is cyclically fed by aeration into nutrient medium which comprises sources of nitrogen and sources of mineral compounds. Delivery volume of origin carbon in each cycle depends upon rate of growth of biomass and/or upon rate of biological synthesis of citric acid. Duration of one cycle is 0.5-2 h. During the first cycle 10-15 % of origin carbon is fed, feeding during further cycles depends upon parameters of the process. EFFECT: decreased specific expense of nutrient medium while decreasing its cost. 6 clU
