Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: plant growth stimulators. SUBSTANCE: humus-containing substances are submitted to alkaline extraction followed by neutralizing extract. According to invention, initial substances are composts preliminarily prepared from manure waste from stock-raising farms. Composts are additionally treated to separate aqueous bacterial suspension from solid compost fraction. Solid fraction is extracted by 0.1-1.0 N alkali solution at 20 to 50 C, whereupon separated liquid extract is combined with bacterial suspension and mixture is settled down to yield desired liquid product.
