Cover 3 is arranged asymmetrically relative to bottom plate on housing. Discharge-filler tube 6 is secured in cover by means of flanges 4 and 5 with clearance relative to shell. Lower end of discharge-filler tube 6 is secured in bracket 9. Lower end of discharge- filler tube is made at angle alpha relative to plane perpendicular to axial line of discharge-filler tube 6. Lower edge of end face of discharge-filler tube is located at side of near bottom plate 7 at a distance h = (0,08 - 0,10)Dtube from shell base.
