Zusammenfassung:FIELD: manufacture of tools. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to manufacture of abrasive tools from diamond-metal composition, it can be used in powder metallurgy. In compliance with process diamond-metal composition is prepared, briquette-billet is formed, abrasive tool is formed and removed from mould with use of ultrasonic vibrations. They are applied under continuous method of emission during preparation of diamond-metal composition and removal of abrasive tool from mould. During formation of briquette- billet and formation of abrasive tool they are applied under pulse mode. Preparation of wetting solution, wetting and mixing of weights of binding powders and diamonds are conducted at same time in vessel common for them in the course of 2-5 min. Wetting solution is prepared on the basis of 1.2-2.0 volume per one volume of weights. Pressing pressure for formation of briquette-billet is set equal to 6.0-10.0 MPa and equal to 1.0- 3.0 MPa during recompaction. Briquette-billet is heated at rate of 80-135 C/min to melting temperature of binder. Isothermal curing is performed in the course of 3-5 min. Then abrasive tool is partially cooled to 220-85 C with which achievement it is forced out from mould with application of ultrasonic vibrations simultaneously to abrasive tool and mould and creation of force-out pressure equal to 1.5-3.0 MPa.
