SUBSTANCE: several channels made in insulating housing accommodate electrodes arranged along flow path and alternately connected to unlike poles of high-voltage source; that function as emitters and cathodes at a time or they may differ in mechanical design according to mentioned alternation to perform these functions separately. Electrodes of closest channels equally numbered along flow path are connected to unlike poles of source. According to one of options, passages of channel electrodes receive deionizers with charge-forming parts arranged symmetrically relative to walls and electrically connected to them. According to other option, emitter has charge-forming parts. Each channel may have only one stage incorporating two unlike-polarity electrodes. EFFECT: improved design. 22 cl, 17 dwgh
