LOOP BULKED WEFT YARN FOR CORD FABRIC AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF SUCH WEFT YARN

FIELD: production of cord fabric in manufacture of tires. SUBSTANCE: the offered method of production of loop bulked weft yarn for cord fabric consists in forming of core and loop-forming yarns by drawing of loop-forming yarn with drawing ratio up to 3.0 and core yarn and subsequent looping. Core yarn is drawn with ratio of 1.5-3.0, one of yarns after drawing is subjected to twisting with 40-300 twists per meter and thermal fixing at temperature of 80-140 C for 5-30 min. Looping is carried out with overtake for core yarn of 5-20%, and looping yarn, of 70-280%. Produced loop bulked weft yarn by the offered method consists of two synthetic threads, or which one is core and the other looping and is made highly stretchable with elongation of 50-450%. Core yarn is made without final drawing with elongation at rupture of 70-300% and with looping of its filaments of 5-20%, and looping thread has looping of filaments of 70-280% and, at least, one yarn is twisted with coefficient of 2-30.
