Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: metallurgy, particular, methods of fabrication of lance heads for blowing of molten metal. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes manufacture of blank for inlet section and end face plate with trunnions whose number corresponds to the number of tubes. In so doing, blank of end face plate with trunnions is made by tapping molten copper into mold and cooling under pressure. Then, blank is placed to bending die and deformed to obtain sloping surface and flanging. Manufactured blanks are joined, heated to temperature of brazing and cooled. Further on, brazed blanks are subjected to machining by drilling of outlets and matching of edges. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwgl
